In our office one manager makes their staff fill them in while they watch over their shoulder, and makes them change what they don't like.
I always fill mine in, give lowest available scores or whatever, and always write comments in at the end. But, as others have said, nothing ever gets done about it.
One year my unit triggered some sort of target, and an outside team came in to sort out the main issue, which was that about 80% of us had complained that they had been bullied. They spoke to us as a group to expalin their purpose, that we would have one on one chats with them, and insisted that it would be stamped out. After speaking to the first 8 or so people, who all gave the same name as to who the guilty culprit was, they promptly left and nothing was done and it was swept under the carpet. Because we named the line manager. Had it been one of us....totally different outcome.
