And there you have it. The job IS impossible doing it the way RM say it has to be done. Unfortunatly a lot of the workforce dont do the job as RM say. So many posties making the unachievable look achievable. Thats why the job is fooked. The posties that do the job correctly are bullied by managers and colleagues. Enjoy your absorbtion/donor walk because as long as posties keep running/bag carrying/coming in early, etc its here to stay {all year round in my DO}

The job is only impossible if it hasn't been properly planned.
If the A+ is wrong, if the attendance calls/call rate is wrong, if the terrain isn't properly mapped etc, then the job will be impossible.
What has the break time got to do with anything? The break time should be scheduled. It should be taken. Why is anyone having a laugh?
