what kind of reference will RM give to potential employers will it be a bad one?
and another thing i have received interview notes
and in there the manager who started the case, has gone onto say how the union didnt want to represent me etc

you can flag up interview notes that are not correct and send a copy back to the appeals manager.
did they send you a letter explaining this??
on one of mine they didnt.
was a union rep present in your interview?
