I pull them out and leave them on the floor, caught up with the idiot one day, he moaned like mad because he had to go back and do them all again, I told him it's called a "letterbox" not a "paper box", he now pushes them all the way through, so easy to train them. :whistle

Seem to recall reading something (possibly on here) that we are the only delivery company that is allowed to push items all the way through the doors? :hmmmm

i used to have exactly the same problem, every friday a woman and her daughter at almost every house,left free papers sticking out, i politley asked them to push them all the way through, but they ignored me and said "tough ...we get here first" so started pulling them out and leaving them on the doorstep ( its quite an affulent area). Bingo five weeks later after a lot of complaints they moved her to another part of town and now my mate has to put up with her.
