We've been told that there upping the testing of staff big time ,and if anyone fails a few times they will be out of a job ! Guys of 25 yrs service etc tested all the time ,,so the last 25 years they've gave to the rm they've bin useless yeah?

they have been targeting long service posties for the last five years must pay bigger bonus to rid company of long service bods or could it be the long term savings in pensions sorry for being padantic there appears to be a pattern forming havin spoken to some ex colleagues.North West area seems to have a good hit squad untill they over step the quota then they move them on.This union needs to do some statistical analysis of meedmbers who have 15yrs or more service and have been dismissed by over zealous use and abuse of "Conduct Code".Theres still time to rid this company of these low life Managers whos only motivation is "GREED".Personally i call it Fraud and in my case i will prove it :dcfo
