You should get a P45 if you have left employment.

Sent my P46 off with my contract as thats what I was told to do...guessing if royal mail were going to send out P45's they would have by now...its been 3 weeks.

Only thing I can think of is they keep it on file in case they give you a contract.

I'm in the same position as you guys. Getting pretty frustrated now as I want to send this Angard contract off.

black and white should be fine so long as you print in block capitals as apparently it goes through a computer, they got my P46 yesterday and I received a letter Today stating my tax code has been sorted :)

If I finished on the 4th January and signed back on the Job Seekers on the 8th January, and then signed off Job Seekers on the 18th because I started an Angard shift will that P45 from the Job Centre that I received a week ago for that two weeks be sufficient to send to Angard?

Not received anything from the mail since the 4th apart from my holiday pay. Received the Angard contract a few days ago, but no P45 from the mail.

and where is this P46 you speak of?

Had a text saying i've officially been transferred. Said to call/email before the 8th, emailed and now on the list for shifts available. Sent my contract/p46 as well so should hear back about that in next couple of days
