Re: D2D issue...
pisses me off when its another posty or 2 thats have left you to "do battle"
keep quiet, just take a 5th or 6th whatever it is and leave the rest in, make sure you sign the d2d sheet and there shouldn't be any comebacks.
i once got threatened for willful delay by a co-worker for not delivering the ones they prepped on a light monday for the tuesday i was covering it, over half the duty!
i'd pulled them all out,
i said go ahead and report me, never heard a thing!
some co-workers can be as bad as line managers, especially with leave reserves, hence why i take a few more than i should spread over the week, they get s**t on enough
end of the day, you take an allotted amount per day, not your fault if folk before you won't do their job, simples!

Yeahhh I intend to do just that.Postie45 wrote:ask manager what should be done with D2D whilst telling him that you will only be working to scheduled duty time, if they insist you take them all then inform manager you wont be able to complete delivery in time before you leave office, then cut off at duty end time.

sorry, but if you cop the lot then your making a rod for your own back, light day then it becomes heavy, average day becomes hefty, heavy day becomes getting home in time for kick off!BrokenFlowers wrote:So many choices! Re: D2D issue...
leaving without taking d2d and not reporting it does open you up to the possibility of conduct code, i would rather report it and know im finishing at duty time.
