Just got my contract through on Friday. I was just wondering what most people did with their "Working Time Regulations 1998" Agreement. Did you "Opt-Out" or "Opt-In" :crazy:


Also, working 25 hours per-week gets me £141? As I'm under 18 will this weekly pay rise when I turn 18? Or will it only rise if my 6 month "trial-period" is a success?

Opt out,opt in,makes no difference,they take no notice of it anyway.
As for a pay rise,depends on the state of the bogs. :Very Happy
But when i started i earnt less for 1 year,it may still be the same,anyone else?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
