Anything been issued yet? Our office has been given 3 options for the SWW starting Monday.
1. Monday start times 20 minutes later & Tuesday start times 40 minutes later
2. Monday start times 30 minutes later & Tuesday start times 30 minutes later
3. 12 minutes later start time every day.

However, we as an office want the 12 minutes taken off of the end of our delivery.
No chance says Manager
Stalemate says us.

In our DO we finish half hour earlier Mon & Tues, when our day off falls on these two days we finish half hour earlier on the Saturday.

For Royal Mail to dig their heels in so much over what is a relatively minor issue and try to force through options that are only going to make things more complicated and difficult for managers on the ground surprises me dingo.
It makes me think there is another darker agenda driving this,is it just the ongoing fascination with later starts dressed up as a SWW issue?

Dear colleagues,

A document has been agreed with Royal Mail this morning at 10:45. Representatives are now encouraged to engage with Royal Mail Managers to see if they can reach local agreement on a 39 hour week. The document will be circulated no later than 12pm with an LTB.

Might be best to try to get it out to reps directly rather than through branches given the timescales and the lack of activity in most branches on a saturday.
