Ages ago it said on the BBC News Site -in a rare moment of honesty !?? RM state they've a problem with a Command & Ignore Culture, a spokesman said many of our managers lack the skills to move our teams forward , if this is the case , we'll retrain our managers ; if that doesn't work we'll have to pay them up . This was way before Crozier said the bit to The Business Insiders Meeting about 1-3 of our Managers are below average .That upset the CMA.

In truth the only reason many of these are managers is because they couldn't hack it as postmen - if they were below average postmen what made anyone think they would be any different as a Manager. And as for the CMA being upset? Diddums - but they didn't take any action nor advise their Managers not to cross the picket when the time came for tit fer tat.

every office has them, the t###s who think that they are being paid to socialise rather than work.
Its about time that the spineless managers did there job and either get them working or send em on there way.
If the managers actually did the job they were paid to do then the business wouldnt be in the state it claims to be.

Yep weve got them as well,used to piss me off not anymore As said its the same faces,sort feck all or in the toilet for 20 mins,managers dont really care as they will move the work around the decent sorters,so what i do is just go round to my frame and throw a bit off for 5-10 mins then go back on i.p.s.
What i dont like to see is infighting amongst one another Chill out and save our anger for :lfo and :cfo

The agressive lads get on my nerves too. A manager will ask him to do a task, and they will tell them to get tae feck. Some of the managers just walk away with their tail between their legs! Grow some baws man!
