how was he even let out!!! so sad. Ridiculous that they send people out in this weather. We're not machines and i hope royal learn something from this.

Agreed. No doubt the recriminations will ensue. For now though, you just have to feel for all those effected by this tragedy.

Very Very sad news - my sincere condolences to his family, friends and colleagues and Managers of the Unit. All will be shocked and devastated and this sad and sudden loss.

Just terrible sad news. God i hope there are no more.
