I think the point is that managers don't like it.
It focuses a little bit of attention on the office, a little bit of attention that the DOM doesn't want.
He also knows it could happen again.
But it is certainly true that it also focuses attention on you, and if you don't like that heat, best to stay out of the kitchen.

Totally right. My manager pulled me into the office after I sent one and asked me did I realise that he would be informed, he did not get it. I had to explain to him that was why I sent it. He genuinely believed that I thought he would not find out that I sent it. :dcfo

Many government agency’s do monitor the web for certain key words, SEPA (The Scottish Environment Protection Agency) does and reports back to the Board meetings. Very good method to high light problems. Most of the posts on this forum are from people concerned about our mail service, what is there to hide, the truth.

Oh, constructive emails get to her, especially ones asking why we being bullied and harrased by managers every day ??, and all i got was snide remark from my DIMm about emailing the whore, so whats the point ???
