the company has gone down the pan. this aint the same place i joined 15 years ago. what the f**k has happend and why have we let it go like this ???

We haven't done anything - someone's got it in for RM letters and PO counters, why not strip the BBC of its license? entertainment above a public service? I never watch the BBC any more and I begrudge the License fee - I feel robbed on that.
