Virgin Media's marketing can only be described as belonging to the school of thought known as Blunt Force. D2D every other week and three (or possibly more) different sizes of letters all to convince people who already subscribe. I've no idea what their returns department is doing and the mailshot database must be non-existent (like the addresses they keep hitting). I've yet to find the portal that leads to the unseen third floor of a two floor close they keep trying to convert.
