Just do not extend, doesn't matter how busy / heavy it is. RM can't touch you if you work to contracted hours. It's not rocket science (and it's not your problem if the mail is manic heavy)

Yep, done that today and I usually do it every day.The line manager turned into a cornered animal, when we said how many loops we were going to fail.

well I am on holiday next week actually started on Saturday - long weekend(except Tuesday union duties) .... surely to f*ck it can't be as bad as Friday .. had to use a HCT as my pushbike is now FUBAR (f*ck upped beyond all repair) my legs were still sore yesterday .... btw the mail is still going down
