No they tend to promote them into management in they've been a CC - or have I got the wrong abbreviation.
To be serious I don't think they have as the initial T&Cs are not quite as good as directly employed casuals. If you are interested if might be worth tracking down you local Angard office and approaching them direct.

we got asked on our last day if we wanted to be transferred, i put down my name and phone number on the list but haven't heard anything as of yet from Angard.
