My manager a week before xmas decided that as i cut off yet gain took me off delivery

THEN DECIDED HE WAS GOING TO TAKE ME DOWN THE CONDUCT ROUTE

I am now off work with depression for two weeks and maybe more ,

He even tried to conduct me while off sick but Atos said he was unable too,

Funny he has not even made contact in almost two weeks , last time he sent a letter that I had abandoned duty.

Still more annumination for my grievence/ B&H

I wrote in a 'Xmas Party' thread re the way things were going.. I think it counts to post it on here..

'Our DOM brought in two bottles of wine for the union rep. and his conniving sidekick last year 'Thanks for your help' quote unqoute..
3 years ago was the last time DOM reached into the pettycash tin for 'breakfast baps' for those who'd agreed to 'help-out' on the Xmas Sunday (I know, not that he needed too..) so the next year no breakfast and so the next year "Not a f***in' chance am I workin' Sunday".
This year we're 'offered' Xmas pressure - v. few commitals.. which made for some tense relationships in shared vans
Whilst RoMe burns most of us seem determined to last out (this isn't a storm that we can ride out..) do what we're paid for and keep a clean nose and, please God , leave this soddin' mess of a business on our own terms.. .'

Music4 essex Have you already sent in your grievance/bh. If you have then your DOM cannot conduct code you. My line manager tried this one on and had to retract and reinstate my pay. Get in touch with your Area Rep as soon as possible.

sounds like my place... only we dont have a burger king, so there must be several c**ts out there.... thought it was just me putting up with the stares, snide remarks and constantly being told i'm stupid... while they swannies out with a bottle of whiskey smacking you in the back with the door on the way out, then to come back and comment, on how i could have opened the door better.... to save time obviously.

Did i expect anything from them, not really but they expect us to take everything out even though you tell them it can't be done...can't wait for more bullying and harassment.
To be honest, you must have titchy little walks if an idiot can give you lapsing to do, and you are able to do it.

As for an idiot giving postal workers lapsing to do on Christmas Eve, well......Proof positive that this mean-spirited company could give old Scrooge lessons on being miserly.

Same here, mate.
Being out tramping the streets 4 hrs a day, every day.....After spending at least 3 hrs on my feet prepping my walk, I'm not home till late afternoon most days.
Main reason why I feel so fatigued, and my legs ache like fark, and I wish I was well out of it, in a decent job, working for a decent employer.

4 hours a day? We have been tramping the streets 5-6 hours per day on top of 3+ hours sorting.
