2. Should the CWU have communicated more with it's members during these talks ?

# Response

1 Absolutely, some days it has felt as though the silence has been deafening! The lack of communication has fostered a sense of mistrust between the shop floor & the top of CWU management, with a lot of workers thinking the management would sell out the members for personal gain, as has happened in the past.
1 communication from my local branch (plymouth) has been exceptional
1 definately yes
1 embargo was agreed,no

1 NO, ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS CALLING STRIKES
1 No, it is easy to say that the CWU should have made payments to members, but that would be too costly - but a lot more publicity should have been kicked up in the media.....the prosecution of the media war against RM has been an abject failiure!

18 no
1 no lufc and the fa survived
1 No, I think they are steering RM to a more deliberate road of personal financial gain, at the expense of workers, the public & the Service - and restrictions levelled at them ( such as fines ) will be left for RM to cover, before they leave the vicinity, grossly over-renumerated.
1 no, more like ASDA

# Response

1 100% YES

1 absolutely yes
1 Absolutely, for willful mismanagement & willful incompetence of a Public Service, but no doubt, they would be kept in their jobs as it would be less damaging in the short term politically to keep them there.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
