about £80 a month down on royal mail (get paid monthly) but should increase with time prospect of promotion with the job much happier . Merry Christmas.
The problem is that for an unskilled job the pay we receive is pretty good. Just depends if your happy to accept doing a job in all weathers with no prospect of furthering yourself. We are effectively lumps of meat and are treated as such. I'm fed up of the monotonous work and the abusive management culture. I've done various IT courses to try and develop my skills but as yet this has not opened any doors regarding alternative employment. I will continue to explore other options as I've been with the company nearly 5 years and for me that feels like enough.
