Don't let it get to you the ballot is fair, we have a right to strike. whats the worst they can do? I think they have seriously misjudged the mood of the work force who are prepared to loose money indefinitely till this ends................ as is our right. And unlike the minors strikes - even though we will loose a heck of a lot of dosh we will have enough to get food etc, with what we are left with.
A lot of us are going to have a tight time financially, I know I would rather go down fighting than do nothing at all and this sentiment is shared more and more with my work mates - they are all fuming at the lies that are coming out on a daily basis from managers to try and trick us that the offer is "fair".
So again whats the worst they can do - the lines are drawn - the troops are ready - who will make the first move? It aggrivates them more that we go in smiling every day, they cannot get there heads around this!
