Another thing is the amount of DSA that is undeliverable or gets stuffed back in the pillar box and reposted by the house holder because of 'Gone Away's' , incomplete address etc etc.
All of this incurrs costs for Royal Mail as well as pissing me off having to kill these things off every day. These leechy DSA firms buy mailing lists to pump this rubbish out and send them to no.13's where there aren't any and also to people who have been dead for 15 years.
Surely the one Green Party MP should have something to say on this, so if she is your MP, get your pennies worth in on environmental grounds.
Another thing is Labour council's that spout off about mail centers and delivery office closures and yet they themselves use the likes of Secured Mail to collect their council tax bills and dump them on us.
I was talking to a woman who works for our Fire Service and hands over their mail to TNT. She was under the impression that TNT deliver their payslips etc.
She was visibly shocked when I told her that they probably told you that they could deliver it cheaper than us but didn't tell you that all they do is take it away from you then dump it on us to deliver. I know , I've got two on my walk. Surely these DSA are using dirty tricks here , being economical with the truth as well what they alledgedly offer by way of service. 'Sure we can' is TNT's moto, but with regard to DSA mail , the 'WE' should be Royal Mail.
