Xmas bonus DOES exist in law read this

Post by dave bentley »

I took out an ET1 against angard, their solicitors contacted me about the various issues including the bonus - they argued that the onlystaff to recieve a bonus were 'supervisors and above' and that was what I had seen on some paperwork, seeing as they were not employing any new supervisors I argued that this couldn't have been the case, he said he would get back to angard [by e mail - he said they had no phone contact! ]

Lo and behold I have now been offered my £50 bonus!!! [ through ACAS and the solicitors ]

This in itself proves angard to be LIARS

EVERYONE of the 18000 people employed are owed this money but how can they be told that they have been ripped off when only angard has contact details

Everyone should add this onto their claims still going through the system

Workers may be eligible to a bonus at the end of the assignment: the bonus is dependent upon attendance throughout the Christmas employment.
What was the criteria needed to trigger it?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but it seemed very relevant...

I've been informed by a manager that Angard temps will be receiving a Christmas bonus this year, as long as they've been employed since August 2012. I think this should appear in this Friday's pay.
