i understand the way forward was controversial, so are you saying that when i perform profesional driving duties that it should be taken from the substitute paynment.or should i get the full allowance plus the 20 x phg paynment aswell.
Just to confirm Nottingham ex-PHG's get an extra 10 minutes added to there meal relief, as a OPG for what reason is this additional break justified and it is blatantly discriminative. This needs to be looked into by the Union because if not when the Derby staff fully arrive a s##t storm will be arriving at the Unions door as at present it is causing a lot of debate on the floor.

With all the crap that's going on in the business this is the issue kick down the Union's door over?
A sense of proportion would be handy at this moment.
