What is our legal position in regarding this non DSA proposal from CWU HQ is this wilful delay or if ordered by a manager failure to follow a reasonable request I await your response DINGO thanks for answering the last question by the way.

That was asked at the forum I attended, it could'nt be answered at the time. To be honest I would've thought that should of been the 1st question asked when HQ were discussing this amongst themselves before making it known to us reps/members/public.
