Better late than never.The mere threat of a boycott could translate to companies returning to Royal Mail rather than risk undelivered items down the line. My first thoughts would be that there would have to be a tacit understanding with RM manasgement that it would be in everyone's best interest.
This subject is one that was close to my heart when I was an OPG and I came close to mounting a legal challenge against having to deliver DSA and it may well be the case that the CWU think they could win such
a court case.The danger is that in calling for a boycott they could be liable to a claim for damages from the leech-mail companies,potential damages that could polish a Union off.
