Anyway when you leave Royal Mail you get a leaving pack with a reference already in it.

Royal fail dont give out references, all you do is give out your line managers phone number.

It is in the leavers pack. Im fed up of telling people its in there yet they dont read what they've got!!!

Do RM sheffield supply references? I was ill health retired 3 years ago, but may be looking for another job, and need a reference anyway for my new housing assosciation ( they want a reference from my current or previous employer...?) do they have an email address to request these?

I'm only asking because I might be requesting a transfer there and I'd be interested to know if it's a terrible place to work.
