I am aiming this post at mainly the LGV network drivers, does Amazon have no concept of despatch times? For the past week and a half, I have been made late for the next part of my duty by being held at Amazon, long after my scheduled despatch time. They don't even have the decency to apologise.
I have told my line manager numerous times and all i get in return "just book over". Well what if i don't! So Amazon are more important than other customers then?
