Anyone else noticed?

Is it just me or are alot of permi workers lazy? I mean they finish work well befor we do and alot of them just seem to stand there doing nothing. But the managers are quick enough to get the casuals doing something but the managers just seem to let the permi workers do what ever they please.

Do the permi workers have a meeting befor us casuals start and say like let the casuals do all the work we will just stand around getting paid £10 an hour for doing nothing.

Do we have bullying, nepotism, sheer laziness, favouritism and stupidity at mail centres in Devonia?

I thought the "world class mail" agenda was being pushed and exercising the wonderfully intelligent and independently minded permanent staff all earning at least £11.50/hour?
I work in distribution and processing at the SWDC and the number of times I've been yelled at by those lorry drivers "Hey, mate!"...is truly remarkable!
"Hey mate, where are you going with that 'york'?

Maybe you should come out to a DO and do some deliveries, that way you would see that substantive staff don't get it so easy.
