Can anyone confirm whether door to doors are linked in with the pay deal and whether we are going to get paid for them or not??

Yes they are linked and they want to remove the cap of 3 to no cap - and stop paying us for them. See page 6 (at top) of unions booklet for details

Just to confirm that from a good source the word is they r looking for us doin 5 D to D a week for no money
and just to put a cherry on top think it was about 16 candidates I delivered for elections this year and if they get their way we wont be gettin a penny for that either.

Forgot to say that we have been given these shares which must be given back to company in 5 yrs, it says you can make 5000 odd pounds from them. Then I read below where it says that the first year they will start with an amazing Â£800 then years 2 and 3 will not be as much, now maybe its my maths but I would say that in 3 yrs we wont even get dividends of Â£2000, then they r tryin to make me believe that in the followin 2 yrs they r gonna be payin out about 2500 to bring you up to what they promised....... funny smell about here. think its gotta be sh.t

Now do the real maths and work out what you will lose over 5 yrs of not gettin D to D payments and add on what you would have got for 5yrs of Election Payments.

Now tell me which one you would rather have, once again they r trying to Dazzle us with Diamonds while bafflin us with BULLSHIT.

Surely everyone can see through all this crap.

This is just a bonus scheme that we have to give away all our rights for and its also a bonus scheme that has no gurarantees of any amounts. Right now at least we know we have done our D to D so we get the money and done our Election material so we get that amount.

We need to fight to retain these, and all the other conditions they are trying to strip away from us.

as soon as royal mail mention the share word or any talk of a bonus,you j=know its bullshit straight away...we wont get a sniff of any shares,its just a spin to take our door to doors and other allowances off us with a bullshit promise of shares and bonuses...

its all bollocks,probably the only people likely to se any shares from what we earn is management..

last elections we had a local election running at the same time.was well over 25 candidate D2D items.
people were in on days off,coming back after walks etc just to get them done.
with no extra payment there is no way these would get done.
given the legality of every candidate getting equal representation RM would have ot complete 100% or not at all

you will have to deliver d2d next week but worth remembering its only 20% you need to take each day, so if a manager asks you to take extra through the week to cover the amount that would have been done on the friday 5th you are entitled to an extra payment of 20% more for doing them.

pillsbury if you recieve your d2d late you are entitled to extra payment, not sure what we usually just get another line s payment chucked on top.
