one of my teeth has split down the middle and unfortunately it's causing me a lot of pain, i won't be able to make it in for the night shift and i haven't been able to find a number anywhere, tried 3 so far and all seemed to be office hours only, i wasn't given any contact information nor a "employees handbook", help please!

I'd fire an email off to myroyalmail@royalmail.com so that you can prove you tried to make contact. They don't tend to give out telephone numbers to stop the public phoning up asking wheres my parcel etc.

thanks, though that looks to be a general email address, i've sent an email off but i don't think it will reach the person/s it needs to

I work at YDC as a xmas casual and had last night off due to my mother beeing rushed into hospital.

I was unable to find a phone number for YDC to tell anyone. The xmas casual support line closed at 5pm.

I did find a number for Batley (i assume thats a delivery office) who called YDC, then called me back to say that YDC don't have a night shift!!!!! (which makes me wonder what I have been doing in there for the last 2 weeks!!)

I give up! I'll just turn up for my shift on Monday like nothing happened. What else can i do?!?
