Royal Mail could have joint advertising with McDonalds. They miss out a nice opportunity for advertising.

Is he wearing the old thermal coat? That reminds me I must dig my one out from the back of the wardrobe.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Given the inclement weather conditions, after consulting the RM Severe Weather Policy, it may have been a joint decision between the Rep and the Dom to suspend the use of trollies.
If you look at the hilly streets he is delivering to, the use of trolleys may never have been implemented.

No excuse for not wearing a hi-viz in those conditions though.
And did his Dom not order enough fingerless gloves?
And no chains/spikes either.
No need for a high vis,its daylight, albeit with a light snow flurry.
