Re: ""Hired and start date agreed""
I am having the same issue, I attended the registration event, handed in the documents etc and was given a "contract". On my application it says Hired and start date agreed yet I haven't recieved anything in the post or been in contact with anyone from RM. Should I still turn up to work on monday (my first day)?

Yes i just checked mine, dont worry about anything coming in the post.
Once it says hired and agreed dont worry about anything.

had another look at the contract agreement, it says the agreement is subject to completing pre-engagement checks, but I haven't been contacted about any pre-engagement checks. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Have you given details requested about yourself, proved your identity, provided your 5 year work history, etc as requested. If so they will either have completed "pre-engagement" checks or still be doing them.kamanbir@hotmail.com wrote:had another look at the contract agreement, it says the agreement is subject to completing pre-engagement checks, but I haven't been contacted about any pre-engagement checks.
