What are you meant to do if you deliver to flats where you can't take a trolley ?
Take a bundle then walk all the way downstairs and get another bundle ...... ?

They spent a fortune on Golf trolleys for the staff and the trolleys are all stacked up in our car park going rusty in the rain.

Some flats would have to be done by using the van and a small bag.
