This is not the official postman manual, it's quite clearly an amateurish fake.
1. He isn't wearing hi vis
2. His shoes are shiny
3. His van looks clean
4. No obvious damage to the van
5. No customer running up to him asking "am i too late"

Seriously! Does everbody have to quote the pics everytime they post in this thread!?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Not really, but they are a reminder of that golden age when there's a middle aged man and two young girls and no suggestion of anything suspicious.POSTMAN wrote:RedBagMan wrote:Not convinced ... according to my official guide ...

Re: No more packets in Royal Mail?
It's already happened, we all now work for a business unit called UKLIP, or UK Letters, International & Parcels. Happened a few months ago.fmrPOSTIE wrote:I just have this gut feeling that Royal Mail is hanging on to Parcelforce (and what seems a good idea given the historical plans by the tories to sell-off Parcelforce in the 90s) so that it can bring it back under Royal Mail proper. This would mak sense rather than have service agreements etc between 2 companies that are owned by the same Group, surely?

This sounded strangely familiar though ...
