Yes way Fish.
Evening Lab.
When a reserve from there who has done a lot of the routes tells me the loops are wrong so they don't use the trollies as the loops are too SMALL,and if the loop gets too big they resize them so they are small again,so they then use the van to their advantage, and they are using bags on their backs........................then it is a failed revision.
But all is good, they finish well before their time so they are happy.

Don't they know how that plays out in the end?
Haven't they seen the "Doing the job properly" poster?

Re: OFFICES WITH A FAILING REVISION:LIST
What a shambles this 2010 is..............the whole process of deliveries is now so fragmented there is never going to be a cohesive plan to rectify the problems that have produced such a mish mash of procedures. Half of all delivery offices haven't even had a revision with less than 6 months to go in the current agreement.

Re: OFFICES WITH A FAILING REVISION:LIST
We have been through it 3 times to no avail, they pulled it did not even explain what they did not like about the last one
now they have sent this nice pleasant person in to sort it out
along with a few people, obnoxious bully that is what it is,not in a ripping hurry because if the revisions that have been put in place are anything to go by i think they should give it up as a bad thing, problem is we have alot of yes men in place who keep saying it can be done none of them have been out on delivery in years they have not got a clue

Re: OFFICES WITH A FAILING REVISION:LIST
Yeah your right it does remind me of some people who have gone blindly ahead put agreements in place yet they have not been out on delivery for years and have no clue what it is like on a daily basis out on a round, the abuse you take because delivery's are getting later, businesses when you turn up going on about how are they supposed to do their banking and run their business if you turn up at this time,i get so fed up with trying to explain to people it is not the postie who has put this in place it is the business,Royal Mail is nothing like it used to be where the customer got a service, it is just lip service,we care what you think,we care about our customers,if you want to give a world class service then it costs money, money that we no longer have because of so many factors of the past and what is going on now,is there a future in this business? Royal Mail, the postal service that people would give their hind teeth for,who knows.
