havnt heard from anybody regarding this, im stumpted. anybody know how to contact them? the helpline isnt much help

I had the same thing mate, phoned up said there was nothing I could do it was an internal thing. Nothing to worry about. Sorry cant give u the number tho, lost it.

Thank you, well the status has changed again back to prossesing security checks ds so guess the waiting game continues
