1. Right select a picture from a web page (cant be your own computer). I'll use the one of the postie kneeling down on this web page. http://www.braw.org.uk/RoyalMailAwards/ ... fault.aspx

2. In IE right click and select "Properties" then Highlight the Address URL section
for the picture its http://www.braw.org.uk/Portals/1/Hayley%20Melville.jpg and copy

3. In FireFox right click and select "Copy Image Location"

4. Come back to this forum (Hopefully in a separate window as its easier)

5. Paste the result into where you want picture to go:
http://www.braw.org.uk/Portals/1/Hayley%20Melville.jpg

6. Hightlight the "http://www.braw.org.uk/Portals/1/Hayley%20Melville.jpg" and use the IMG button

7. If everything worked OK you should see this:

- BUT NO SPACES
