Overtime at BMC
I have been advised that work proper to Bristol Mail Centre has been diverted to other offices in the Bristol area.
We see this as a clear breach of the Resourcing agreement, unless all available overtime resource has been exhausted at the mail centre.
Any continuance of this policy without adherence to the clear and unambiguous guidance of the resourcing agreement will be interpreted as executive action and a request for a ballot on site will be pursued.
