We were told many moons ago by Royal Fail that our revision would not take place until sept 2013!
We were quite happy to get on with it but its Royal Fail who dictate as and when!
We were also told we would get shorter working week (39hrs) in january, and we were also told we would receive our money in april when the 2010 agreement ends!.
We are probably an office where there is very little room for savings.
Our position will be one of strength come the revision (if it ever happens!) as there will be no incentive whatsoever for us as we will have already received our 'bribe' for zero effort. Come Sept we might as well hold out forever until we get what we want!
Although it has to be said our office wouldn't have been interested in the money unless the working conditions were acceptable to every single member!

we have had our full £1000 around April time when we started get walk sequenced mail as the agreement states! you do not have to have a full office revision just a walk sequence revision! if they dont pay up go back to your old dutys/start times.

The managers are getting £333 a year for the 3 years, so they have already received £666.
