RE: Royal Mail Group: “Code of Business Standards”



Royal Mail began issuing a booklet, entitled “Our Code: Code of Business Standards” to all employees last week.


This is not an agreed document but was the subject of consultation with the CWU. The document largely reiterates existing business policies. Where it refers to issues covered by collective agreements with the union, the terms of the collective agreement hold the field.
