it seems they are only after full timers, part timers seem to get immunity....

do as your manager tells you and lock up your van everytime you have to leave it and when your time on your duty is up and you`ve only delivered half the round go back to the office tell him or her ............easy :Applause

fair comment,but if you break off at our office you get a load of hassell of managers,is it worth all the s**t you have to go through? :silenced

Certainly better than the s**t you have to through if you get dismissed for failing to ensure the integrity of the mail in the van.

i posted already, because he was part time they let it slide / think he just got councelled but nothing has happened yet. If this person was full time permanent then the story would be totally different. Apparently the first thing asked by was "what are your hours" ...
