Hey guys a question to ask you all i need to be clear on.
Say if u been sick for 1 day how long does it take before it clears on your attendance record ?
If you work for royal mail for more then a year do u still get paid in full ? because i have issues at the moment abt that .

It's always there mate. It never goes away. There is a myth that after 12 months it can't be taken into consideration should you trigger a stage some time in the future, but they can take all absences into account when looking to see if there is any pattern to subsequent absences.jamstercompaq wrote:Hey guys a question to ask you all i need to be clear on.

While what the guys are saying is correct,do you also mean the attendance procedure,i've put it in anyway,just in case.
Stage 1: 4 absences or 14 days in a 12 month period
Stage 2: 2 absences or 10 days in any 6 month period during the next 12 months
Stage 3: 2 absences or 10 days in any 6 month period during the next 12 months
