Nope, not members of the weaker sex working for the constabulary.( :funneh ) Work Place Coaches. Many of us on here? I was at a meet in Dunfermline today. They are using us as mini managers for an extra 30 blabs per week!

Teaching newbies is difficult enough, but the RM brass want us to go that extra mile for their 30 nicker.

Thoughts?

Moved to Blue Shirts.
One of our MOD'S Johnnypick is one,he'll tell you more no doubt.
I was under the impression you trained the newbies kept an eye out ect,and that's it!
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

That was the general idea boss. I have been a WPC for over a year now, and if the management choose to employ numpties and theivin bassas, then it all looks bad on the dude who trained them.

Then managers want to hold WTLL sessions and do admin work! Avin a laff! Ye should try to do a WTLL. Yer colleagues just make a total arse of ye! Great fun!

I was a Walks trainer back when RM gave you 4hrs a day O/T.

Well i loved it and did train a lot of good ppl.. If i do say myself.. (BIG HEAD).. But i did have a few/lot/loads of numpty bastards as well.. Quotes like.. "CAN I HAVE A WALK WITH NO DOGS ON IT, I DONT LIKE DOGS." AND "IF YOU GO ON HOLIDAY WHO WILL CARRY THE OTHER BAGS FOR ME?" Then my fav.. I heard from a mate in EDO E1 DO... TRAINER. "RIGHT TOMORROW I WILL LET YOU LAY IN..." NEW BOD, "OK THATS OK.." Come morning...0530 No Newbod???? 0730 In comes newbod... SCREW "WHERE U BEEN?" NEW BOD,,, "DONT WORRY MY TRAINER TOLD ME IT WAS MY TURN TO LAY IN... (IN FECKING BED) IVE COME TO DELIVER THE MAIL." :d'oh! :d'oh! :d'oh! :d'oh! :d'oh! :d'oh! :d'oh! :oops: :crazy: :shock: :roll: :so there :Applause :wink: :oops: :nana :crazy: HAHAHAHAH CLASSIC!!

I gave the training up when the screws never listened to wot u said and let idiots who were lazy and didnt do the job at all stay in the job and they NEVER even learnt there cards.... :so there :no no BAD FORM RM!! No wonder the job is down the pan!!!
