Spot on, but the senior managers don't get to see that. If there is a sniff of any manager with any clout about the stuff disappears somewhere. When Moya recently opened the Kent Mail Centre apparently there were a fleet of artics circling the M25..........bit like the Queen thinking that everywhere outside of her own environment smells of fresh paint.
