If you have a genuine problem with your feet which is stopping you doing your job without pain, get yourself off to your doctor who will write to Royal Mail if you ask him, and get reffered to atos so they can back you up if your condition is long term. You could be entitled to reasonable adjustments too.

You don't get dda for nothing so there has to be an unseen dissability with your collegue and you are bing really discriminative with your comments.

But the reasonable adjustment may be a duty in a different office if his current office can't offer anything suitable.

he does not have to give his own job up - he can actually ask for reasonable adjustments on it - or on any job in the office he feels he would be able do with adjustments - that dosent mean he'll get it without a fight unfortuately - but the union will help him and if he has the equality act behind him he will win
