Pressure started then.....
Heavy as a heavy thing this week,well understaffed and all 3 shifts failing....Still,should have the casuals in place by the time its all over,so no worries...

Packets and flats flooding into my office..........plenty of OT for some people but it won't take too long for people to stop doing it, the revision doesn't look like it's going to encourage people to continue doing OT for much longer

General update
Our service from Stansted Airport to Exeter was not able to convey all of the mail last night and a quantity needed to be transferred to road services. This may cause some delay to some mail posted yesterday in the South East and East Anglia, due for delivery today in Devon and Cornwall.
Capacity was exceeded at our National Distribution Centre on the last service from there to our Jubilee Mail Centre. This may cause some delay to some mail due for delivery today in GU. KT and TW postcodes.
