Yeah they cam in a Doc Martin box but they were different and were a poor quality. They could cripple a postie inside a week. Impossible to break in. :roll:

i thought air wear was the bubbles in the sole which used to burst with sharp stones

I think thats the idea. With genuine DM's you can see the air pockets in the browish semi clear soles. The RM version had a black hard solid sole which did not flex very much. Terrible shoes.

I love my cats, i don't have any problems with slipping in them and they are very waterproof. I used to love the clarks shoes as well, nice and light!

Just started wearing a new pair of CAT trainers and they are not agreeing with my feet - very sore, stabbing pain under my right foot - spoke to my dr yesterday about it and he thinks the pain is from the `metarasal head` of one of my toe joints - not had this problem with any other footwear :arrrghhh

I ordered some Dm boots and shoes recently, and they are now issuing the old style again with the see through sole, thay are taking forever to break in....my feet are bleeding by the end of my walk.......... :Boo hoo!

i would have thought theyd be bleeding by 10 mins in never mind a full walk

The last pair of DM boots i got were not really suited to walking far too heavy they are the industrial ones instead of the normal DM's
DM's do a range of hiking type boots with better soles and cushioning they'd be much better suited to our job.

I was just looking at the DM's website and i think they're having a pop with this.
