Just got asked today by my DIM what the unions response to I.D. cards was. As usual ive had no guidence from area or H.Q. on this matter. So i told him that we were oposed to it on the grounds of identity theft and personal details being disclosed to members of the public. Suggested that if R.M. want to push it, we would ask every one have JOHN/JANE SMITH under their photo. Unless that is their name is JOHN/JANE SMITH. As long as the I.D. number is visable i cant see a prob. That is unless some jobsworth gets involved.
