POLL UPDATE
I've just looked at the current set of poll results, and they are very interesting. With almost 200 people filled the poll, we're really getting a good idea of what RM staff feel around the country.
The next set of Updates will be posted by this coming Friday.
But until then, please keep spreading the word, and letting your colleagues and friends know about the poll, i'd like to see just how many people we can get to fill in the poll by 8th October.
Regards to all,
Cybitech

# Response
1 Absolutely, some days it has felt as though the silence has been deafening! The lack of communication has fostered a sense of mistrust between the shop floor & the top of CWU management, with a lot of workers thinking the management would sell out the members for personal gain, as has happened in the past.

1 No, I think they are steering RM to a more deliberate road of personal financial gain, at the expense of workers, the public & the Service - and restrictions levelled at them ( such as fines ) will be left for RM to cover, before they leave the vicinity, grossly over-renumerated.
