i think it was the ''lol'' bit of your previous post that prompted him to ask if it was gloating, which i must say sounds like it.

Well she's cleared that up so moving on...
The investigation and suspension could last for months.
If proven he will likely be dismissed without notice.
During suspension he will receive his contracted hours only plus supplements/allowances.
If it's really serious like withholding and storing mail or theft is involved he may be charged with the criminal offence that relates to wilful delay.

This seems to happen to a lot of my friends, they get mithered for money and more money and they get stopped from seeing their baby with all sorts of obstructions put in their way, is that what you have been doing out of curiosity ?

Don't tell me, he dumped some door to doors in a
recycle bin. I did that and it turned out to be the
best thing I ever did. Plenty of other opportunities
out there if you're willing to do a college course.

Wow talk about judging!! Actually for the record he has never once seen his daughter. I went through the whole pregnancy all by myself with no help financially or in any other way. My daughter was seriously ill in hospital after she was born, and he knew and didn't even bother to come to the hospital or phone to ask after her. I tried on many occasions for him to be a part of his daughters life, he wasn't interested. It's not about asking for more and more money, all I receive is what the csa have awarded which isn't a huge amount, all I'm getting is £17.58 a week, but it helps to pay towards my daughters upbringing and for me to be able to take her to baby swimming lessons, which I won't be able to do once he loses his job. And would people get over the lol it was said after saying it was very generous of RM to give employee's 12 weeks pay after they have been sacked for not doing their job properly!!

chances are he be sacked on the spot with no 12 week delay. if he aint paying his way with his kid with you then forget bout him. got no problems with someone whos made a mistake at work. then i only heard your side soz
